من نحن
تطبيق زرياب يقدّم نوتات موسيقية وتابات جيتار ومصادر لتعلم الموسيقى مجاناً. يدير التطبيق Madian Bros في جمهورية مصر العربية، وهو المسؤول عن البيانات الموضحة في هذه الصفحة. للتواصل في أي أمر يخص الخصوصية: support@zeryapp.com. هذه السياسة خاصة بالتطبيق؛ لموقع زرياب سياسة مستقلة في صفحة سياسة الخصوصية للموقع.
باختصار
- لا حسابات ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا نطلب اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك، ولا نبيع أي بيانات.
- لا يعرض التطبيق إعلانات، ولا يستخدم معرّف الإعلانات في هاتفك.
- لا يطلب التطبيق أي إذن يحتاج موافقتك: لا موقع ولا كاميرا ولا ميكروفون ولا جهات اتصال ولا صور ولا إشعارات.
- إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة مفعّلة افتراضياً، ويمكنك إيقافها في شاشة البداية أو من الإعدادات في أي وقت.
شاشة البداية
عند أول تشغيل تظهر شاشة فيها روابط الشروط والأحكام وهذه السياسة، ومفتاح «السماح بإحصاءات استخدام مجهولة الهوية» وهو مفعّل افتراضياً، وزر «أوافق». لا يُرسل التطبيق أي إحصاءات قبل أن تضغط «أوافق». إذا أطفأت المفتاح قبل الموافقة أو أطفأته لاحقاً من «الإعدادات ← إحصاءات الاستخدام»، يتوقف إرسال الإحصاءات فوراً. وتظهر الشاشة من جديد إذا غيّرنا الشروط.
ما يجمعه التطبيق ولماذا
- إحصاءات الاستخدام (Google Analytics for Firebase) — ما دام المفتاح مفعّلاً: معرّف عشوائي خاص بنسخة التطبيق على هاتفك، وطراز الهاتف وإصدار النظام ولغته، والمدينة أو البلد التقريبي، وإصدار التطبيق، ومصدر التثبيت (مثل Google Play)، والصفحات التي تفتحها ومدة الاستخدام، وما تفعله داخل التطبيق: فتح نوتة، وكلمات البحث التي تكتبها وعدد نتائجها، وإضافة نوتة إلى المفضلة أو حذفها، وفتح مجموعة أو ملحن أو مصدر تعليمي، ومشاركة نوتة، والإبلاغ عن مشكلة، وظهور رسالة التحديث. نستخدمها مجمّعة لمعرفة ما يبحث عنه الناس وما ينقص المكتبة وتحسين التطبيق، ولا نعرف منها هوية أي شخص. لا نرسل اسماً ولا بريداً ولا رقم هاتف، ولا يقرأ التطبيق معرّف الإعلانات.
- طلبات المحتوى إلى خادم زرياب: يطلب التطبيق النوتات والمصادر من خادمنا عبر اتصال مشفّر. يسجّل الخادم كل طلب (الوقت والمحتوى المطلوب ونتيجته وعنوان IP) لحماية الخدمة ومتابعة الأعطال. ويقرأ التطبيق كذلك ملفاً صغيراً من zeryapp.com لمعرفة أحدث إصدار وعنوان الخادم، فيسجّل خادم الموقع هذا الطلب كما يسجّل زيارة أي صفحة.
- على هاتفك فقط: المفضلة، وآخر ما شاهدته، ولغة التطبيق، واختيارك في شاشة البداية، وعنوان الخادم. لا تُرسل إلينا، وتُحذف إذا حذفت التطبيق أو مسحت بياناته.
لا نستخدم بياناتك لاتخاذ قرارات آلية تؤثر عليك، ولا لإنشاء ملف إعلاني عنك.
أذونات التطبيق
يستخدم التطبيق الإنترنت فقط لعرض المحتوى. تضيف مكتبات Google بعض الأذونات التقنية التي لا تحتاج موافقتك (مثل معرفة حالة الاتصال بالشبكة، ومعرفة مصدر التثبيت من Google Play). لا يصل التطبيق إلى موقعك أو ملفاتك أو صورك أو جهات اتصالك.
الأساس القانوني
نجمع إحصاءات الاستخدام بعد موافقتك فقط، أي إذا ضغطت «أوافق» والمفتاح مفعّل، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من الإعدادات. أما طلبات المحتوى وسجلات الخادم فلا نطلب موافقتك عليها، لأن التطبيق يحتاجها ليعرض لك المحتوى ويعمل بأمان.
من يستلم البيانات
- Google (Firebase Analytics، وخدمات Google Play التي يسألها التطبيق عن وجود تحديث جديد) — سياسة الخصوصية.
- Facebook Messenger (Meta): زرّا «إبلاغ عن خطأ» و«تواصل معنا» يفتحان محادثة زرياب في Messenger؛ ما تكتبه هناك يصل إلينا وإلى Meta وفق سياسة Meta.
- الصفحات الخارجية: يفتح التطبيق فيديوهات YouTube والنوتات التفاعلية على Soundslice والمقاطع الصوتية على Google Drive والمقالات وصفحات الموقع وموقع Madian Bros داخل متصفح مدمج (Chrome Custom Tabs)، وتخضع لسياسات تلك الجهات؛ وصفحات zeryapp.com لسياسة الخصوصية للموقع.
- المشاركة: عند مشاركة نوتة يُرسل الرابط إلى التطبيق الذي تختاره أنت فقط.
- شركة الاستضافة التي يعمل عليها خادم زرياب.
نقل البيانات خارج مصر
خادم زرياب وخدمات Google و Meta موجودة خارج مصر (منها الولايات المتحدة)، فتنتقل إليها البيانات الموضحة أعلاه. بضغطك «أوافق» في شاشة البداية فإنك توافق على هذا النقل. تعتمد Google الضمانات التعاقدية المعتادة لنقل البيانات (مثل البنود التعاقدية القياسية للاتحاد الأوروبي).
مدة الاحتفاظ
- إحصاءات Firebase: بيانات الأحداث شهران، والبيانات المرتبطة بالمستخدم 14 شهراً من آخر استخدام، ثم تحذفها Google.
- سجلات خادم زرياب: 30 يوماً.
- محادثات Messenger: حتى تنتهي حاجتنا إليها للرد عليك، ويمكنك حذف المحادثة من جهتك في Messenger.
حقوقك
لا نعرف هوية مستخدمي التطبيق، لذلك لا نستطيع أن نجد بيانات شخص بعينه أو نرسل له نسخة منها. يمكنك إيقاف الإحصاءات في أي وقت من «الإعدادات ← إحصاءات الاستخدام».
وإذا راسلتنا عبر Messenger أو بالبريد الإلكتروني، يحق لك أن تطلب نسخة من رسائلك أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على support@zeryapp.com، وسنرد خلال 30 يوماً. ويحق لك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات في بلدك، أو إلى مركز حماية البيانات الشخصية في مصر.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لعامة الجمهور وليس للأطفال تحديداً. يُستخدم في التعليم، ويمكن لمن هم دون 13 عاماً استخدامه بإشراف أحد الوالدين أو المعلم، ويُفضّل أن يطفئ المشرف إحصاءات الاستخدام. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من الأطفال.
حماية البيانات
يتصل التطبيق بخادمنا عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) فقط. وإذا حدث اختراق يمس بياناتك فسنتصرف ونبلغ الجهات المختصة كما يتطلب القانون.
حذف البيانات
لا توجد حسابات يلزم حذفها. لحذف ما على هاتفك احذف التطبيق أو امسح بياناته من إعدادات الهاتف، ولإيقاف الإحصاءات أطفئ المفتاح في الإعدادات.
التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عندما يتغير التطبيق أو الخدمات التي يستخدمها، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. إذا كان التغيير مهماً تظهر شاشة البداية من جديد لتوافق عليه.

Zeryapp App Privacy Policy (English translation)

Who we are
The Zeryapp app offers sheet music, guitar tabs and music-learning resources for free. It is run by Madian Bros in Egypt, who is responsible for the data described here. Privacy contact: support@zeryapp.com. This policy covers the app; the website has its own website privacy policy.
In short
- No accounts or sign-in; we never ask for your name, email or phone number, and we sell no data.
- The app shows no ads and does not use your phone's advertising ID.
- The app asks for no permission that needs your approval: no location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or notifications.
- Anonymous usage statistics are on by default; you can switch them off on the start screen or in Settings at any time.
The start screen
On first launch a screen shows links to the Terms and this policy, an "Allow anonymous usage statistics" switch that is on by default, and an "I agree" button. The app sends no statistics before you tap "I agree". If you switch it off before agreeing, or later in Settings → Usage statistics, sending stops at once. The screen shows again if we change the terms.
What the app collects and why
- Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase), while the switch is on: a random identifier for the app installation, phone model, OS version and language, approximate city or country, app version, install source (such as Google Play), the screens you open and session length, and what you do in the app: opening a score, the search words you type and how many results came back, adding or removing a favourite, opening a collection, composer or learning item, sharing a score, reporting a problem, and seeing the update message. We use them in aggregate to learn what people look for, what the library is missing, and how to improve the app; they do not tell us who anyone is. We send no name, email or phone number, and the app does not read the advertising ID.
- Content requests to the Zeryapp server: the app fetches scores and resources from our server over an encrypted connection. The server logs each request (time, content requested, result and IP address) to protect the service and track faults. The app also reads a small file from zeryapp.com to learn the latest version and the server's address; the website's server logs that request as it logs any page visit.
- On your phone only: favourites, recently viewed, app language, your start-screen choice and the server address. They are never sent to us and are removed if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
We make no automated decisions about you and build no advertising profile.
App permissions
The app uses the internet only, to show content. Google's libraries add a few technical permissions that need no approval (such as checking the network state and reading the Google Play install source). The app has no access to your location, files, photos or contacts.
Legal basis
We collect usage statistics only after you consent, that is when you tap "I agree" with the switch on, and you can switch them off at any time in Settings. We do not ask for consent for content requests and server logs, because the app needs them to show you content and to run safely.
Who receives data
- Google (Firebase Analytics, and Google Play services, which the app asks whether an update exists) — privacy policy.
- Facebook Messenger (Meta): "Report a problem" and "Contact Us" open the Zeryapp chat in Messenger; what you write there reaches us and Meta under Meta's policy.
- Outside pages: YouTube videos, Soundslice interactive scores, Google Drive audio, articles, website pages and the Madian Bros website open in an in-app browser (Chrome Custom Tabs) under those parties' policies; zeryapp.com pages fall under the website privacy policy.
- Sharing: when you share a score, the link goes only to the app you choose.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the Zeryapp server.
Transfers outside Egypt
The Zeryapp server and the Google and Meta services are outside Egypt (including the United States), so the data above is transferred there. By tapping "I agree" on the start screen you agree to this transfer. Google uses the usual contractual safeguards for such transfers (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep data
- Firebase statistics: event data 2 months, user-level data 14 months after your last use, then deleted by Google.
- Zeryapp server logs: 30 days.
- Messenger conversations: as long as we need them to answer you; you can delete the conversation on your side in Messenger.
Your rights
We do not know who uses the app, so we cannot find one person's data or send them a copy of it. You can stop statistics at any time in Settings → Usage statistics.
If you write to us in Messenger or by email, you may ask for a copy of your messages or for their deletion by writing to support@zeryapp.com; we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country, or to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.
Children
The app is for a general audience and not aimed at children. It is used in teaching, and children under 13 may use it with a parent or teacher, who should preferably switch usage statistics off. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
The app talks to our server over encrypted connections (HTTPS) only. If a breach affects your data, we will act and notify the authorities as the law requires.
Deleting data
There are no accounts to delete. To remove what is on your phone, uninstall the app or clear its data in the phone's settings; to stop statistics, switch them off in Settings.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or its services change; the date at the top shows the last update. If a change matters, the start screen shows again so you can agree to it.
